The 13th ranking Running’ Utes traveled to Provo to take on the Cougars of BYU in a battle at the Marriott Center. The Utes brought home a victory 65-61 hehind the guard play of Senior Delon Wright.
BYU led by one at the half 31-30 with great play by Collinsworth.
During the BYU contest, Delon Wright had 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Utes. He scored nine points in the second half and sparked a 10-0 run that helped the Utes overcome a 31-30 halftime deficit. Wright also had two steals and was 6-of-7 on free throws.
Next up for Utah is 10th ranked Kansas on Saturday Dec. 13th.
