The Utah Jazz head out on an east coast road swing Tuesday with the first of four games in five nights. The Jazz starting out with three straight losses head to Brooklyn to play against former Jazz men Deron Williams and Andre Kirilenko. The Jazz play in Boston Wednesday before finishing the trip in Chicago on Friday and Toronto on Saturday.
The Nets are 1-2 on the season but are a 9.5 point favorite over the Jazz coming into this game. The Jazz have struggled this year and should see a starting cast of Richard Jefferson and Derrik Favors as the forwards, Enis Kanter at the center position with Gordon Hayward and Jamaal Tinsley filling out the roster at the guard spots. Expect to see 6th man Alec Burks enter the game and play major minutes for the Jazz.
The Jazz will compete for the first part of the game and if the game gets out of hand, I expect the starters to sit and rest for the second game of this back to back as the 0-3 Boston Celtics game is a better chance for the Jazz to get a win on this road trip.
