Phoenix – After losing to Phoenix Friday night at Energy Solutions Arena, the Jazz traveled to the home of the Suns and returned the favor winning on the road 112-104. For the Jazz this was their first road win of the season at U.S. Airways Center Saturday improving their record to 3-13 while the Suns are now 9-8 on the season.
Since the return of Jazz guard Trey Burke, he is averaging 15.6 points over the last three games. burke hit four of his six 3-point attempts. Burke was 6-for-15 from the floor and 4-for-4 from the foul line to go along with his big long-range night. Trey ended the night with 20 points score 8 in the fourth quarter including two of his three pointers.
The Suns were lead by Dragic’s 24 points and nine assists and left him just one assist away from his fourth double-double. The Suns had four fewer rebounds and one more turnover than the Jazz. Phoenix coming off a blistering performance the night before knocking down shot after shot 38.1-percent shooting in the second quarter.
The Jazz shot 64.7 percent from the floor, including 4-for-5 from the 3-point distance, in the fourth quarter. The Jazz went on a 14-9 run during the final 4:09 to finish the contest. The Jazz play at home again Monday against the Rockets, Wednesday against the Pacers and Friday they travel Portland.
