Jazz split home/home with Suns

20131201-084356.jpgPhoenix – After losing to Phoenix Friday night at Energy Solutions Arena, the Jazz traveled to the home of the Suns and returned the favor winning on the road 112-104. For the Jazz this was their first road win of the season at U.S. Airways Center Saturday improving their record to 3-13 while the Suns are now 9-8 on the season.

Since the return of Jazz guard Trey Burke, he is averaging 15.6 points over the last three games. burke hit four of his six 3-point attempts. Burke was 6-for-15 from the floor and 4-for-4 from the foul line to go along with his big long-range night. Trey ended the night with 20 points score 8 in the fourth quarter including two of his three pointers.

20131201-084456.jpgThe Suns were lead by Dragic’s 24 points and nine assists and left him just one assist away from his fourth double-double. The Suns had four fewer rebounds and one more turnover than the Jazz. Phoenix coming off a blistering performance the night before knocking down shot after shot 38.1-percent shooting in the second quarter.

The Jazz shot 64.7 percent from the floor, including 4-for-5 from the 3-point distance, in the fourth quarter. The Jazz went on a 14-9 run during the final 4:09 to finish the contest. The Jazz play at home again Monday against the Rockets, Wednesday against the Pacers and Friday they travel Portland.
