Charlotte, NC – A nice win on the road for the Jazz as they bounce back from last night’s loss to take the win over the Bobcats 88-85. It is their second win in four games on this five game road trip, next stop is Memphis.
Bouncing back was Trey Burke, scoring 20 points, as well as Gordon Hayward with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Richard Jefferson scored 13 points and Derrick Favors had 14, while Alec Burks came off the bench scoring 11. Former Jazz man Al Jefferson scored 19 along with Kemba Walker making 20 for Charlotte.
Bobcats managed to tie the game with 3 minutes to go when Jefferson dunked off a no-look pass from Walker. But Burkes pushed the lead back to three on a 3-pointer next possession. Both teams seemed unable to control the ball down the stretch though, and the Bobcats last second 3-pointers would not fall, ending their three game winning streak and handing the Jazz a road victory.
