Robbie Findley is selected by Toronto FC in phase one of the 2014 Re-Entry Draft meaning he can keep his current salary.
Born in Phoenix Arizona August 4, 1985, the 5 foot 9 inch forward has played professionally since 2007 and two separate times with Real Salt Lake.
Findley only had one goal this season and no assists having limited time on the field with injuries and fighting for playing time with the younger RSL forwards when he returned to playing shape. Robbie hurt his knee in the 2013 MLS playoffs against Kansas City.
Findlay’s career started with the LA Galaxy in 2007 and then moved to Real Salt Lake. Robbie made the 2010 US Nation Team roster getting him noticed by Nottingham Forest who picked him up for the 2011 through 2013 seasons. Findley returned to Real Salt Lake for the 2013 and 2014 seasons until today when he became a member of Toronto FC.
Real Salt Lake passed in the re-entry draft today.
