Orlando – A missed layup and two free throws in the closing seconds give the Jazz a nice win on the road as they close out Orlando tonight in the sunshine state, 86-82.
Another career night for Trey Burke with 30 points 8 assists as he continues to play well. Gordon Hayward made a reliable contribution of 15 points and 7 assists, with Derrick Favors adding 14 and Alec Burks 13 to help lift the Jazz to the victory.
Jameer Nelson lead scoring for the Magic with 17 points 5 rebounds. Three other players made double digits, but it was not enough as Orlando falls short.
Jazz played well from the start compiling a 10 point lead by half time. Orlando fought hard in the second half outscoring the Jazz in both the third and fourth quarters, with a chance to tie near the end of regulation. But with 3 seconds left, the Jazz close out with free throws and a little luck.
